Terms of use
By using OurRent you agree to these terms. Not legal advice.
The service
OurRent provides a public, informational map of user-submitted rent-related data. It is provided "as is" and may be unavailable, incomplete, or incorrect.
Not professional advice
Nothing on this site is tenancy, financial, or legal advice. Rent outcomes depend on law in your state or territory, your lease, and the market. Confirm material facts before you act.
Your submissions
You agree that information you submit may be stored, displayed on the map and related statistics, and used to operate and improve the service (including moderation and abuse prevention). You represent that you are not impersonating another person and that you do not submit unlawful content (for example defamatory or harassing material).
Do not submit someone else's private identifying details. Keep submissions anonymous and proportionate.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that degrades service, or circumvent rate limits or security controls. We may block traffic or remove content we reasonably consider harmful, fake, or off-scope.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators and contributors of OurRent are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the map, third-party platforms, or downtime. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to re-supply of the service or one dollar AUD, whichever is greater, at the operator's option.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the operator against claims brought by third parties arising from your misuse of the service or unlawful submissions, to the extent permitted by law.
